How it Works

Fill out your preference sheet

To begin, each client receives a preference sheet to explain their needs and requirements. Afterward, the preference sheet is reviewed by your Next Step Scopist. Clients have a phone/Zoom call to discuss the contents of the preference sheet with their scopist. This ensures all expectations are communicated effectively.

Send your transcript

Once expectations are established, you send your transcript and/or audio file through for scoping, editing, transcription, and/or proofreading.

Review

Finally, receive the finished work in the expected time frame. Then, when all needs are satisfied, proceed to payment.
